Valentine's Day was weird. And love was even weirder. Little Kenna kicked her feet as her classmates buzzed around the hallways. Pink and red dressed the Elementary walls. Cut out paper in the shape of hearts sprinkled with copious amounts of glitter and glue. Every single kid she had met today had some sort of card or heart or some kind of chocolate thing to give to somebody else. To tell them that they... "loved" them? It didn't make any sense to her. She took candy from the cupboard everyday. Does that mean the cupboard loves her? That can't be right. That just sounds stupid. Besides, she knows that the cupboard is a really grumpy guts.
